True healing often requires the courageous act of laying the heart bare, while allowing the sacred self to truly embrace, experience, and feel the full weight or magnitude of the experience rather than concealing or covering it up with suppression, illusions, falsifications, or distractions. Instinctively, the soul may recoil from insurmountable pain, yet avoidance only numbs the soul’s ability to experience unconditional love, unlimited joy, and genuine connection. By choosing to sit with uncomfortable emotions and confronting the brokenness, the soul must grant itself permission to process, rather than store, the trauma, which is essential for deep psychological and emotional recovery. This process is not about surrendering to the intolerable, blame, or wallowing in despair, but about acknowledging the reality of a sacred wound, while enabling the conscious self to gradually mend its sacred aspects back together, transforming pain into resilience while permitting, allowing, and enabling ascended authentic growth.
