Within the sacred moments of the spiritual process of innerbloom, the expansive soul engages into a journey of ascended rebirth and surrender. Within the moments of transcendence and vulnerability, one releases the weight of what once was, to finally peel back the layers of the conscious ego to reveal the true self. Within the incremental phases of metamorphic catharsis, one then becomes the master of stillness within the sequence of patience which enables the soul to bloom. The soul experiences profound release within the state of salvation, as it engages in the rejection of instant gratification in favour of long immersive heightened experiences and growth. As a spiritual empath, as a rite of passage we open our souls to the unconditional phase of surrender. Surrender is more than a feeling, as it embodies passion, an internal yearning for change beyond the known, and operates within the sacred sequence of release, through the process of openness, as it provides a fluid state where the higher self then becomes completely engaged, present, aligned, and attuned through the essence of release. Within the state of healing, one experiences profound alignment, redirection, and release, from all that has ever been known. Grounding within one’s intuitive knowledge, enables inner peace to take root, amidst the noise and haste of the world. Within the state of expansion, one in essence has to confront the state of control, powerless fear, scarcity, and the need to understand. Within the realm of uncertainty, one becomes attuned to the unknown, as spiritual expansion requires acute engagement, as one places their trust within the process of universal guidance and direction, to surpass the limitations of the mind, within space and time. As one reconnects with their divine sacred core self, there is a union of familiarity and warmth, as one introspectively examines their past aspects, beyond the physical realm. Spirituality affords the slow expansive growth of the soul within the context of space and time rather than operating within a traditional narrative. Our souls are multifaceted, multidimensional, ancient, and within the intricate layers of the spiritual body, one concretely remains grounded as one with Gaia, while rising with expanding consciousness. There is fluidity within the identity, as the tempo of growth, forces the soul to release within the state of introspection, within the therapeutic atmosphere of awakening. One must not remain monochromatic but become a spectrum of all there is. By abandoning the linear view of what is, one then proceeds with an aerial view of what has always been. Old soul’s often encounter the realization that they must not remain stagnated on a fixed point, as flexibility and mutability afford profound transformation within. Universal consciousness is all interconnected, through the heart’s expansive state of unconditional love. Intensity often builds as patterns move faster and become more vibrant within their sequence. Our mosaics are microscopic expressions which unleash ancient forms of cosmic truth. By remaining within the state of the present moment, the soul then seeks a sense of calm amidst the world of noise. The soul then reaches a state of awakening where a striking parallels emerges which mirrors the expressions of the soul, which enables the conscious state, to examine its frequency and modes of conduct, while capturing and observing what is to be discovered, explored, or engaged. Within the creative stages of awakening, the soul masters the in-between states of the physical juxtaposed with the metaphysical. Our divine counterparts mirror our soul, as the soul is transcendent and exists between two worlds which is grounded in the present but deeply intertwined with the past. Within the pursuit of fluidity, one then becomes the spirit of a nighthawk. Nighthawks encompass the state of sacred neutrality, while their sequence of flight is often unpredictable, fluid, and asynchronous, as their soul rejects rigid social structures or repetitive patterns. One must move beyond the lens of illusion to attain a life based on intuition and internal rhythm rather than following or abiding by linear expectations of normality. Seeing beyond the veils means seeing beyond the darkness. An old soul possesses the ability to perceive hidden truths, while uncovering emotional depths, others miss within the realm of superficiality and artificiality. Within the silent state of observation, the soul is often camouflaged, but remains introspective within the state of reflection, which enhances one’s creative spiritual process. Our experiences are unparalleled from another, as one must learn to navigate the shadow aspects instead of fearing the night. Uncertainty, sadness, and solitude, enables the soul to awaken to what is causing distortion to one’s inner light and sense of being, as there is immense beauty within the lessons of fracturization. An old soul understands that authenticity must set precedence over visibility. The soul must illuminate what is essential and create a sense of inner peace that does not require the dependence on external validation. There is beauty within the void. Creation begins within the void, as one must bloom within their infinite light. One must seek depth rather than substance or artificiality. The world might be dark or shallow, but one’s internal depth provides all the substance required to soar. The soul must pursue a relentless drive towards the inner light within the state of darkness. The soul must seek truth over safety as the soul evolves within uncertainty where one’s core foundational roots must become embedded to withstand the turbulence of force. The higher self is an elevated state of mind, which is an amalgamation of all there is. The higher self often reflects on the depths of learned ancient expressions, sequences, and core wisdoms, while honouring its intuitive state of the sacred heart. By bringing light to embedded chaos within the soul, the conscious state then confronts its divine masculine and feminine elements, while addressing the light and dark aspects, which creates and fosters depth and sacred understanding. The Universe often mirrors the souls internal landscape, which demonstrates its intense, layered, and multifaceted nature. Beyond the need for isolation or sequestration the soul must seek connection rather than detachment or distance. One must flow with ease. Within the fluid energy of release one returns to their core natural state, which is that of peace. Beyond seeking distant horizons, one must restore safety and peace within the self. Spirituality enables and encourages one’s core being to remain present within the stillness of a sacred moment. The soul departs from the physical self within the sequence of synchronized symbiosis and flow, to reach enlightened levels of higher dimensionality. Introspection enables the soul to examine its melodic elements, while remaining centered, grounded, and anchored in the now. Inner light, is not about ignoring the darkness, it is about integrating the shadow aspects to become whole and fluid. One must always honour their light and dark elements within. The soul must make a declaration of unconditional support on a global scale to seek genuine connection and loyalty without transaction or meaningless relationships. The soul connects with the nostalgia of the past while yearning for eras that echo within space and time. Stillness grounds the soul within the moment and creates and fosters a sense of silence while embracing a shared connection within the crowd of collective experience. The soul, within this lifetime, must learn introspective focus, instinctive and intuitive self-trust, and beyond measure, must nurture its internal compass which provides guidance within. By placing trust within the soul, the soul then diverges from the archetypes of the embedded constructs and intergenerational truths, into the journey of self-discovery and self-expansion, within the depths of a precious sacred moment. The soul must overcome being self-conscious and live within its own authentic truth to learn that one’s inner light must rise beyond external expectations. A soul does not have to be understood, it has to be felt within. Within the state of spiritual expansion. One then feels out of place but still maintains deeper power within. Within the alignment phase one’s authentic expression takes root as one honours maturation of their sacred knowledge. Beyond formal structures, the soul must mirror the complexities of somber introspection while representing uplifting resilient energy. Within the state of silence, all then ground within the moment where it fosters a sense of connection. Depth over substance, must be confronted by the soul, as the conscious self must grow, with its sacred state of awareness, to recognize and learn the importance of substance over form. Substance, often represents the tangible reality whereas, depth represents the layers of history, which causes complexity, emotional surfacing, and sacred wisdom within. One must seek to attain feeling and meaning behind an action rather than its physical result. Old soul’s often choose a difficult, emotionally abstract or asynchronous path, over a straightforward, linear, or normative one. Beyond the paradox of change, one must understand the depth within shallow waters as one confronts grief, self-doubt, suffering, and struggle. One must place a keen importance on the role of sacred introspection, to delve deep into one’s own mind and intuitive instincts, to seek inner light within. One must operate beyond the material or superficial and seek peaceful reconciliation within. Seeking depth and resonance enables one to decode and decipher universal flow, direction, and nurturance within the levels of divine guidance. One must seek the echo within the depths of the conscious state, beyond the walls of the physical self. Emotional layers provide more context beyond the historical tangible sequence of linear timelines and trajectories.

Old soul’s harness an insatiable hunger for knowledge, a preference for solitude, and a tendency to feel spiritually connected to the past. They are insightful, patient, and often highly intuitive. Old souls seek solitude as sanctuary, wisdom through introspection, detachment from materialism, and empathy beyond the forms of non-judgement. One must harness a natural yearning and aptitude for seeking the bigger picture. Calmness must become one’s ultimate guiding force to see the deeper spiritual meaning within life. The soul must become a calming peaceful force and presence within a chaotic, world which envelopes the conscious state. Solitude enables introspection, where reflection allows the soul to recharge and observe within the state of sacred neutrality to obtain catharsis. Within the state of reflection, the soul re-organizes, processes, and introspectively examines its thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Within the sacred sequence of a divine pause, one then seeks refuge within the state of peace, by honouring the presence of stillness within the state of solitude. Within the silence, quietness affords the soul serenity. Balance affords sacred alignment. Within the quiet spaces, truth emerges. One must seek simple pleasures to derive inner growth and purpose, rather than remaining reckless within the state of chaos. By becoming the embodiment of empathy and compassion one then senses and feels the deep pains of others as their heightened emotional state of intelligence enables the soul to connect with others on a profound level. One must appreciate the antiquity of the past while maintaining a great respect for the present transformations within the modern context. The soul often feels nostalgia for bygone eras, which it has experienced within its reincarnated lifetime. Introspection affords the soul the ability to seek further expansion within its spiritual sequence of growth to receive reconciliation, release, and reflection. One’s sense of purpose must emerge from the strong pull to contribute an act of peace to bring balance to a world that is motivated by instant gratification and desire. To leave a lasting positive impact means to live by one’s divine sacred truth beyond the forces of control.
